Day 3-July 25

I actually feel good today. Energy, and  no major aches and pains. At 4 am we show up to stretch class and first thing we hear from the trainer "has anyone told you yet but this day is going to be the toughest day". Nothing like hearing some encouragement when you are trying to wake up.
Food was good as always:

this was lunch, a great tasting mushroom risotto. We also had a cooking class today. Great recipes. The soup was served before the lunch.
Dinner was stuffed peppers. Not my favorite, but you can always ask for substitutions.I forgot to get the chocolate desert. I will get a pic next time.

At 8 am our vans were leaving to the hike. We had a great hike guide he was from the area and shared many tidbits. We passed by Charlie Sheen's old house (the one his neighbors kicked him out off), drove by the house were they are filming the Bachelor and Bachelorette. The pool alone $ 3 million. Lots of 60 million dollar ranches around us. We passed by the mountain that is shown in many John Wayne movies at paramount ranch. Next we saw were they filmed little house on the Prairie -specifically the hill Laura Ingalls always ran/rolled down at the beginning. We also passed by Malibu Lake-a man made lake that was specifically build for the filming of the original Frankenstein movies.  But my favorite we hiked right by the Biggest Loser Ranch-its actually an open property and you can drive in. The buildings are locked but you can peek into the gym and see the line of trees they always film the contestants walking down. Some pictures from the hike.

Cool break Coulton one of our guys knows every plant and is going over them with us.
Some people didn't get enough work out.
Today's classes were "mountain", " kickboxing" Cardion intervals, strength circuit and a pool class.
Yesterday the total body toning class kicked my.... and today it was the kick boxing class....these trainers are relentless, it doesn't matter if its the last class of the day and you have been working out for 7 hours. "You can do it"
